Is it over yet? Not quite? Well, one thing's for sure. For better or worse, it was a heckuva memorable year. And a pretty amazing one, musically. During difficult times, people show their true colors, and in 2025, musicians of all genres came up with some of the most heartfelt, life-affirming music of their careers, and some of the best, most soulful tunes these ears have heard in quite some time. Here is my list of my favorite albums of the year:
